Jodie Sweetin’s ex is looking for child support
As many Kentucky residents know, life is full of constant changes. As a result, agreements that were made in the past may not always hold up to future changes. In some cases, these agreements may need to be revisited in hopes of making accommodations for new circumstances. For individuals concerned with child support, information on modifications may prove useful.
It was recently reported that actress Jodie Sweetin may be facing child support issues as her ex-husband Morty Coyle is apparently looking to change their agreement. At the time of the divorce, Sweetin’s monthly income was reported as $4,000, and as a result, she was not required to make child support payments to her ex. The former couple have a 6-year-old daughter.
Coyle recently claimed that Sweetin’s yearly income is approximately $600,000 due to her role on the Netflix series “Fuller House” as well as other business ventures. He is now hoping to gain child support from Sweetin as his monthly income was reported as being $2,000. It was also mentioned in the report that Coyle is looking for restitution for attorney fees and the use of a forensic accountant.
Child support issues can become complicated when issues surround how much support should be paid. Therefore, if Kentucky residents are facing similar issues and feel that they should be receiving more support or otherwise believe that their agreements should be modified, they may wish to find out more information on their options. Conferring with experienced attorneys could help them determine whether their circumstances warrant changes to their agreement terms.
